Renfe Operadora bases all of its selection processes on three fundamental criteria:

Training

Program of Grants

  • Citius postgraduate program. Citius is a program of professional initiation in the company, which works to place new university graduates in the work market.
  • Start Program. It is an internship program for university students from second cycle and those who are doing the thesis.
  • Gateway Program. It is aimed at graduates of Vocational Training College (FP II) faced their first professional experience.

To achieve these supervised programs and practices at the company paid, supplemented with training plans, Train Operator, as an associate, working with the Fundación Universidad Empresa (FUE).
