Personal Text Message Alerts Service
Renfe Rodalies has offered users a new personalised incident update service via text messages.
Passengers need to fill out a simple form, specifying the following:
- Lines for which they want to receive information
- Periods of use for those lines
- Days of the week on which to receive the alerts.
To access this form you need to text the word CLAVE to 217307. The applicant will receive a numerical code that he/she must enter along with the telephone number to receive information.
Once the form is filled in, the user will see the requested alert criteria in accordance with which which he/she will be informed whenever incidents occur in the Renfe Rodalies service.
Changes to the Renfe Rodalies service are included in a database that is updated every 15 minutes. As the same time as every update, the system will send the necessary messages to the telephone numbers for which the alert criteria match possible incidents.
