This is a commercial offer that enables travel between two different national journeys on AVE, Larga Distancia (Long-Distance), Avant, Media Distancia Convencional (Conventional Mid-Distance) and Cercanías (Commuter), with a guaranteed connection, on a SINGLE TICKET and at a more competitive price.

The Integrated Ticket price may be used in conjunction with the Large Family discount, as well as any commercial option passengers select, except the Tarifa 4 Mesa (4-Seat Table fare) and Groups.

Requests for Atendo service assistance with an Integrated Ticket will be formalised over the phone on 912 140 505. This service may only be offered where the transfer time so allows and, in addition, the departure station, destination station and transfer station are included in the list of stations offering Atendo Service.

Passengers with an Integrated Ticket must make their own way between stations in the same city, except where there is a Renfe train or alternative service, such as in Valencia where tickets will be valid for the journey between both stations.

The Integrated Ticket may be purchased at Ticket offices at Stations, Ceuta Sales Office, www.renfe.com, Travel Agencies in person and Telephone Sales – Renfe Contigo 912 320 320.

Changes and Cancellations

The conditions for changes or cancellations will be those set specifically for the applied fares for the ticket.

Passengers need to show the Integrated Ticket alongside the booking validation and valid documents proving they are eligible for other discounts, and keep them until the end of the journey. In addition, they must have their identity document with them.
