With this service you can receive WhatsApp messages on your phone to keep you informed about the status of the trains you want.
It's very simple. Subscribe at the following link. You will have to enter and verify the phone number through which you want to receive WhatsApp messages. If you are already a registered Renfe customer, the system will recognise the telephone number on your account.
After registering, you can select the services you want to receive information about (Media Distancia (Mid-distance) and/or Cercanías (Commuter)). You must also choose the area or region you wish to check and the line you want to subscribe to.
You can choose the days of the week and the time slot of the services you want to receive information about. You can turn notifications on or off according to your preferences and you can also unsubscribe and delete alerts. You can subscribe to as many lines as you want.
This service is initially available for:
- The Media Distancia services of Miranda de Ebro-Vitoria-Alsasua.
- Palma del Río-Córdoba-Villa del Río Commuter service.
