Luxury Tourist Trains only provide the Compulsory Passenger's Insurance (SOV), so it is recommended to take out a specific travel insurance policy, covering any possible cancellation fees, accidents outside the train, loss or damage to luggage, illness or similar.
All Luxury Tourist Trains, although remodelled and equipped with the latest technologies, are historic and vintage trains, so their interior is not adapted and it is impossible to move on a wheelchair or walking frame. Therefore, they are not accessible trains. In the case of persons with reduced mobility who only needs the support of the wheelchair outside the train, they can travel, provided that they travel with a companion for assistance.
Yes. Whenever you are travelling with a child, the price or add-on will be charged, depending on the train chosen. The Tourist Train Reservations Centre can inform you about the types of accommodation and special prices for these cases.
Only El Transcantábrico Gran Lujo and the Suite Deluxe of the Al Ándalus Train have enough space for parents to travel with a small travel cot that they must bring or to arrange a third extra bed.
