There are Lost Property offices in different stations.
You can also use your mobile, computer or another device to remotely search for and recover property lost on trains and at stations via https://adif.findmylost.es/
Lost property, managed by Adif, is kept for 1 month and official documentation regarding it is provided to the police 24 hours after it is found.
You can make a statement regarding lost property in the following ways:
- On the SNCF Gares & Connexions website via this direct link: https://sn.cf/gc/creation-dp
- Via the Ma Gare app
- In one of the lost and found offices in the 27 main stations.
Once the object is located, the customer is contacted so that they can collect it (stored for 30 days).
