  • Request the invoices for your tickets or passes after the purchase from "My Journeys".
  • Automatically generate corrective invoices for cancellations or refunds.
  • Easily access your invoice history and print them when you need them from "My Invoices".


I am a registered user. What do I need?

  • It is mandatory to have the tax particulars (CIF or NIF) in your registered user profile.    
  • These data will be stored in your profile so that you won't need to enter them again for subsequent requests.

For whom can I request an invoice?

You can request an invoice for the tax identification number (CIF or NIF) associated with your profile.
