  • Request the invoice for your ticket or pass at the time of purchase.
  • Request the invoices for your tickets or passes after the purchase from "My Journeys".
  • Automatically generate corrective invoices for cancellations or refunds.
  • Easily access your invoice history and print them when you need them from "My Invoices".


I am a registered user. What do I need?

  • It is mandatory to have the tax particulars (CIF or NIF) in your registered user profile.    
  • These data will be stored in your profile so that you won't need to enter them again for subsequent requests.

For whom can I request an invoice?

You can request an invoice for the tax identification number (CIF or NIF) associated with your profile.



For unregistered users and other types of invoice requests.

What does this service entail?

For all types of invoice requests; from this form you can:

  • Request invoices for tickets/locators, regardless of the channel through which they were purchased
  • Request an invoice within a range of dates
  • Request an invoice for exchange or cancellation fees
  • Request an invoice for the issue of the Tarjeta Dorada or Student pass
  • Change invoices that have already been issued
  • Request a copy of invoices that have already been issued
  • Other cases
