  • St. John's Cathedral: Although construction began in 1515, the works were not definitively completed until the twentieth century. Inside, the largest canvas in the world painted by a person and the chapel of the Virgen de los Llanos stand out.
  • Plaza del Altozano: The nerve centre of the city, it is a landscaped square ideal for resting and contemplating a good number of examples of architectural heritage, from the Old Town Hall to the Bank of Spain building. In the centre, the monument to the Knife Maker.

  • Depósito del Sol: built in 1921 to store drinking water and ensure the city’s supply, this impressive 13-meter-high cylindrical structure spans two floors and features elegant Modernist decorations on its cornice and lantern. After decades in disuse, it currently houses the Municipal Library.
  • Jardinillos de la Feria: It is the oldest of the city's gardens. This tranquil retreat, featuring a magnificent bandstand designed for open-air musical concerts.
  • Linear Park: found along the old railway tracks, this urban park features century-old elm trees and several interesting features that recall its origin. Don't miss the historic railway semaphore known as the "Puente de Madera", or the engine showcased in front of the Flour Factory.
  • Abelardo Sánchez Park: the city's green lung. Centrally located and with numerous fountains, ponds and sculptures, this park invites you to walk, rest and discover.
  • Theatre - Circus: One of the most emblematic buildings in the city, it still maintains its double function hosting both theatrical and circus shows. Its dome represents the night sky, with its constellations and stars.
  • Lodares Passage: commercial and residential arcade. This example of modernist architecture from the early twentieth century, uniting the central streets of Tinte and Mayor, immediately attracts attention for its uniqueness.
