The Code of Ethics of Pecovasa Renfe Mercancías, Sociedad Mercantil Estatal S.A. sets out the values and principles that must govern the activity of the people who are part of the Company and indicates our commitment to ethical and compliant business practices, ensuring a framework that supports the Company's fundamental values in its daily work.
The communication and reporting channel, or ethical channel, is a tool that allows, among other purposes, the company's personnel and related third parties to notify the Compliance Department, confidentially and anonymously if they wish, via the link below, any potentially irregular activities and conduct that may represent a breach of the Code of Ethics, the documents forming the Crime Prevention Plan, and/or the possible commission of a criminal offence.
