Once you have chosen your tickets, choose the "Card/Pay in 4 interest-free instalments" payment method. In the payment gateway, you must click on the button, under "Other payment methods", to start the process. You will need an email, your ID and a bank card to split your payment into 4 instalments, without paying a penny of interest.

* Example of financing with APLAZAME for a purchase of €500.00 over 3 months, with payments starting 30 days after the application is made. 1 down payment of €125 is required, that the user has to pay via their card at the time of the transaction. You can use Aplazame to pay for any purchase made at renfe.com, provided that the amount is equal to or greater than €150.
Yes, tickets purchased with Aplazame can be cancelled (if the fare, travel option or supplement purchased so allows) by following the standard procedure. The refundable amounts will be sent to Aplázame, which will then, depending on the amount, cancel all or part of the outstanding amount financed and return any remainder, as applicable.
Yes, tickets paid for with Aplazame can be changed (if the fare, travel option or supplement purchased so allows) by following the standard procedure.
In the case of changes, given that the sales system manages a cancellation and a new purchase, the cancellation will be governed by the above criteria and in the new purchase you will be able to select the payment method you prefer again.
In the case of compensation, the procedure is the same as that established for cancellations. If the compensation is a Discount Code or Renfe Points, the customer will receive their compensation and must continue to pay their instalments to Aplazame.
