Group trips of over 25 people

Friends, big family gatherings, leisure or work trips. Groups of more than 25 people also benefit from significant discounts when travelling with Renfe.

Inform yourself at least 10 days before the date of the trip:

• By completing the form to request a quote for group trips
• Through the Groups information line (for individual customers): 912 320 320 (From 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.)
  
• Through the Groups information line (for companies and agencies): 919 190 505 (From 7:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m.)

Depending on the characteristics of your trip (number of people, day, time, train, etc.), an adjusted quote will be provided for your approval. The group price is fixed and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount.

Remember to specify if any member of the group is going to request assistance due to reduced mobility or an H seat (seat with wheelchair anchoring points).

Once the quote has been accepted, the Group department will issue a locator so that you can carry out your purchase at station ticket offices or in in-person travel agencies.

To make changes, this must be done at least 72 hours before sending the reservation and its modifications to the e-mail of the Group department. Please note that if the tickets have already been purchased, you will not be able to make any changes.
