As a welcome gift, we'd like to offer you up to 1,200 Renfecitos (Renfe points), equivalent to €120 for you to use at Renfe or the Programme's affiliates when you spend €2,000 using the card in the first six months. We will also waive the card fee for the first 6 months and from month 7 onwards, the fee will be €8 per month.

Your levels

Get easier access to the higher tiers of the Más Renfe Programme (Plata, Oro and Platino) using your Renfe American Express Card:

  • Upgrade to Más Renfe Plata (loyalty programme) when your annual spending at any establishment is at least €5,000
  • Upgrade to Más Renfe Oro (loyalty programme) when your annual spending at any establishment is at least €10,000
  • Upgrade to Más Renfe Platino (loyalty programme) when your annual spending at any establishment is at least €15,000

How much does it cost?

We give you the Fee for the first 6 months and from month 7 the Fee will be €8 per month. 

Your benefits

Use your Renfe American Express card for all your daily purchases at supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, movie theatres, trips, etc. and earn 15% on the price of all your purchases in Renfecitos (Renfe points).

€1 spent with the Card = 0.15 Renfecitos (Renfe points).

Pay for your purchases and journeys with the American Express Renfe Card, and you will be protected with the following insurance:

  • Travel Accident Insurance.
