PlayRenfe WiFi: Travel fully connected at 300 km/h

PlayRenfe is the free Wi-Fi service with which you can enjoy connectivity on board our trains and at more than 300 km/h.

Connect to the internet with your devices and make the most of your time. Answer emails, log in to your social networks, chat or enjoy your platforms.

PlayRenfe is available on all AVE (high-speed) services, AVE (high-speed) between Spain and France, Avlo and on most Larga Distancia (Long Distance) trains.
 

  • Head to settings and select the PlayRenfe WiFi network:
  • Sign in using any of the following methods:

    • With your ticket number.
    • With your Más Renfe (loyalty programme) number, entering as the password the DNI, NIE or PASSPORT you used to register with the programme.
    • With a promo code.
  • You are now connected to the Wi-Fi network! Take full advantage of free Wi-Fi on board: browse, chat, check your email, all without data costs.

If you do not have a Renfe ticket (international travel), you must use the promotional code option to identify yourself, along with your DNI, NIE or passport. Get your code from staff on board.

Minors travelling alone can use PlayRenfe as long as they carry the authorisation of the minor's mother, father or legal guardian.
