Purchasing your ticket to travel with Renfe couldn't be easier. Different sales channels and payment methods are available, so you can choose the ones that suit you best at all times.

Remember that only by purchasing on www.renfe.com and in the Renfe app, you will have access to all discounts and not be charged administration fees.

On Renfe's website

If you purchase your tickets at renfe.com you will be able to access all the offers with no administration fees. You can pay for your tickets with debit/credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), PayPal, Bizum, Renfe Points, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

From the Renfe app

Use the Renfe application to buy tickets quickly and easily and without administration fees. Download the application to iPhone, Android and Huawei, register on renfe.com and access all of its features: buy and manage your trips, check schedules, the punctuality of trains or your Más Renfe (loyalty programme) Renfe Points.

Through telephone sales

Personalised attention 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Buy your Renfe tickets via 912 320 320 and choose where to receive them: on your smartphone, at home, in the office, at your beach house, in the village, etc. And how to pay for them: redeeming your Renfe Points, credit or debit card, or cash if we send them to you by post.

At the station

At Stations with Renfe service, talk to our ticket office staff for assistance, to purchase a ticket and to contact our Customer service.
If you prefer to buy or manage your tickets on your own, you can use the self-service machines distributed across the station. Payment, if applicable, must be made by credit/debit card.

Travel agencies

Come to your trusted agency to make your purchases and train travel arrangements.
