Do you want to have a bite? On Renfe trains, you choose:

  • BOX MENUS: Enjoy Food and drinks during your journey with our Box Menus. All you have to do is include the Food and drinks add-on at the time of purchasing your ticket or up to 12 hours before the train's departure from its departure station. The Box Menu is also included on AVE (high-speed) international trains between Spain and France.

With your Elige Confort Ticket, you can enjoy our Box Menus served in the comfort of your seat. If you are travelling with a Básico Ticket or Elige Ticket, you can pick up your Box Menu from the cafeteria whenever you want. Explore all the Box Menu options!

Premium food and drinks

When travelling in a Premium space with food and drinks, you will be able to choose between three menu options, depending on the time of day:

  • Hot and cold breakfasts or the option of fruit and yogurt.
  • For lunch and dinner, choose from our meat menu (From the Farm), fish menu (From the Boat) or pasta menu (From the Mill).
  • And for snacks and afternoon tea, between savoury, mixed or fruit.

You can make this choice when purchasing your ticket on the website, at ticket offices or travel agencies, up to 24 hours before you travel.
 
  • PREMIUM MENUS: If you're travelling with a Prémium Ticket on AVE (high-speed) or Euromed trains, you get to enjoy our Prémium Menu for free, served directly to your seat. A range of five-star menus developed with the expert guidance of chef Ramón Freixa, recipient of prestigious awards (including two Michelin stars, two knives from The Best Chef Awards and three Repsol suns). All our dishes are carefully prepared with the finest quality ingredients.

You can enjoy them for breakfast, as an aperitif, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner, depending on the time of day.

To ensure that the food and drinks satisfy your requirements, we recommend that you select your menu at the time of purchase. If you do not do so, our crew will offer you three options, subject to availability.
