PlayRenfe is the free Wi-Fi and entertainment service that brings you access to exclusive content at speeds of over 300 km/h.

Connect to the internet with your devices and make the most of your time. Answer emails, check your social media, chat or choose from the wide range of entertainment content that PlayRenfe offers: live sport, 24-hour information, premiere films, series or documentaries.

Download the application for iOS, Android and Huawei and start enjoying the service.

PlayRenfe is available on all AVE (high-speed), AVE International between Spain and France and Avlo train services.

Connecting to PlayRenfe is very easy:

• Head to settings and select the PlayRenfe WiFi network.
• Log in using any of the following methods:

- Using your ticket number, read the QR code on your ticket.

- Using your Más Tarjeta Más Renfe card and entering the DNI, NIE or PASSPORT you used to registered with Más Renfe as a password.

- Using a promotional code.

• You are now connected to the Wi-Fi network! Take full advantage of free Wi-Fi on board: browse, chat, answer emails, download files, all without spending your own data.

If you do not have a Renfe ticket (international travel), you must use the promotional code option to log in, as well as your DNI, NIE or passport. Get your code from staff on board.

Access to some websites, programmes, download pages and streaming video may be blocked, except for YouTube.
