THE BASIC FARE

Travel between Madrid, València, Alicante/Alacant, Málaga, Seville, Murcia, Gijón, Valladolid and many more destinations from €7. Children under 14 can travel for a fixed price of €5, provided that they are travelling with an adult holding a Basic Fare ticket, with a maximum of two child tickets per Basic Fare.

 

 

DISCOUNTS

If you are a Spanish Large Family, do not forget to state this at the time you purchase your Avlo ticket, as you will benefit from the following discounts:

  • 20% off for Spanish Large Family members in the general category.
  • 50% off for Spanish Large Family members in the special category.

 

 

 

PASSES

It is possible to travel on Avlo with the following passes:

Avlo ticket holders who are members of the Más Renfe Plata, Más Renfe Oro or Más Renfe Platino loyalty programme can access the Club Lounges at stations and wait for their train to depart in the most comfortable and relaxed way

CHANGE AND CANCEL YOUR TICKET

Insure your trip for just €8, allowing you to cancel or change your ticket up to 30 minutes before the departure time of your Avlo train. What changes can you make?

  • Journey date
  • Travel time

Remember! You can only purchase this service at the time you purchase your ticket and you must change the date and time as part of a single operation.

 

 



CHOOSE YOUR SEAT

If you would prefer to choose your seat, you can do so at the time you purchase your ticket for just €8.

 

 

ADD EXTRA LUGGAGE

When travelling by Avlo, you can travel with the following luggage, included in the price of your ticket:

  • 1 piece of hand luggage (bag, rucksack, etc.) subject to the following size limitations: 36 x 27 x 25 cm, no weight limit
  • 1 suitcase, subject to the following size limitations: 55 x 35 x 25 cm, no weight limit

You can add one additional piece of luggage when purchasing your ticket for €10 or for €15 after purchase through any of our sales channels or at station ticket offices up to the departure time. You can also add extra luggage at the station boarding control or on board for €15. (Subject to availability).

The following are considered additional baggage:

  • Luggage measuring up to 85 x 60 x 35 cm or measuring no more than 180 cm in total when adding the height + length + width.
  • Non-electric scooters and urban bicycles, folded and optionally carried inside their case, whose dimensions do not exceed 180 cm (height + length + width) 
  • Bicycles with maximum dimensions of 140 x 90 x 40 cm, folded and inside their carrying case.

 

 

TRAVEL WITH YOUR PET

Travel with your pet weighing up to 10 kg for just €10, provided that:

  • you have a small pet: dogs, cats, ferrets, birds (not farmyard animals), guinea pigs, hamsters and rabbits.
  • your pet travels inside a cage or carrier, which must measure a maximum of 60x35x35 cm
  • maximum 1 pet per person.
  • pets must always travel with their own pet ticket and do not take up a seat.

Additionally, you can now travel with your dog weighing up to 40 kg without a carrier on our Avlo trains by purchasing the add-on for Dogs weighing up to 40 kg, for only €40. See all the information.
