If you are a member of a Spanish Large Family, you are entitled to travel with significant discounts on all AVE, except for AVE International between Spain and France (high-speed), Larga Distancia (Long Distance), Avant (mid-distance high-speed), Media Distancia (Mid-distance), Cercanías (commuter) and Feve trains.
Discounts of up to 20% for Spanish Large Families (general category) and 50% for members of Spanish Large Families (special category).
On AVE (high-speed) and Larga Distancia (Long Distance) trains, ticket changes and cancellations are permitted depending on the travel option chosen (Básico, Elige or Prémium).
Spanish Large Family certificates issued by the Generalitat de Catalunya for single-parent families will only be accepted as such on Rodalíes (commuter) trains, which are managed by the Generalitat de Catalunya.
