Ethical Channel

Through this section you can access the Renfe Group's Ethical Channel, which is part of the internal information system, to make a query or report irregular conduct.

As a sign of the organisation's commitment to business ethics and regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of communication with our employees, collaborators and other stakeholders, the Renfe Group has an Ethics Channel, integrated within the internal information system, for communicating queries or reporting irregularities.

Our Ethics Channel complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, which regulates the protection of people who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption, and is open to employees, directors, interest groups and other third parties who wish to access it.

All communications received through the Ethics Channel are treated confidentially. It is also possible to make communications anonymously. In any case, those responsible for managing the Ethical Channel, as well as their collaborators, are subject to a special commitment to confidentiality.

The Renfe Group also has a Code of Ethics Committee, responsible for ensuring the dissemination of the contents of the Code of Ethics and managing the communications received through the Ethical Channel.

The Internal Audit and Compliance Department, as Head of the Internal Information System, is responsible for its operation. To this end, it has the support of the Code of Ethics Committee, which in turn will adopt those executive decisions, within its powers, that are necessary to investigate the facts or mitigate their consequences.
